Once upon a time it's been an Old Viennese factory wing - now it's a spacious, carefully renovated loft located in one of the most interesting and liveliest districts. Welcome to my home!

The loft provides enough space for up to 4 persons:

• 2 sleeping rooms (one separate / one on the loft's gallery)
• 2 bathrooms (one separate with shower / one in the loft with tub)
• A cosy living room, a grand eating and working area and a fully equipped open kitchen provide lots of space and opportunity to have a good time.
• When the weather is nice you enjoy it in the quiet courtyard belonging to the loft.

Simply feel yourself at home: bring your pets and/or children, and if you feel like smoking a cigarette please do - but please do also air well.

Every now and then I'm privately using the loft in between guests, that's why I kindly ask you to treat everything with care - just as you would do at your home.

The loft is located right within the hip 7th districts - dozens of lovely cafes, excellent restaurants, new shops and art galleries are just around the corner. Also all convenience goods can be found in nearby supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and drugstores.

Must-see locations like the Spittelberg, Museumsquartier and Mariahilferstraße are within walking distance, and also to the 1st district it's only a short hop.
